Moodifi - Instructions

Moodifi helps you track your mood and how well you are functioning over time.

Minders Settings

Before you start, hit the SETTINGS icon below and enter your NAME. You can also enter a cool nickname instead. If you want to hide your data from anyone who uses your iPhone, toggle the PASSCODE to "ON" and enter a four character password. Enter your personal EMAIL so Moodifi can send you your DIARY when you ask (see DIARY below). If you are LEFT HANDED, toggle it to "ON" and the buttons will switch to the left side for your convenience.

Tap the SUBMIT button when you are done.

Minders Minders

Touch the "MINDER" icon to see the six different categories you can track. The first three categories (DEPRESSION, ANXIETY and MANIA) track your mood. The other categories (FUNCTIONING, MEDICATION and SUBSTANCES) track your behaviors.

Tap any one of the categories to start the questionnaire. Read the description of each symptom and select the phrase that best fits your current state. If none of the phrases match then just focus on whether your symptom is MILD, MODERATE, SEVERE, or not present (NONE).

After all the symptoms are entered, the SUMMARY view will tell you what your score is and how severe you average score is. You will also be asked to enter your DIARY ENTRY for the day. You can enter a separate diary entry for each category.

Press SAVE when you are done.

Settings Diary

When you went to see your progress, touch the "DIARY" icon.

Your diary entries are shown above, and a graph of your progress is shown below. Use the LEFT and RIGHT buttons to page through all your entries. You can also touch anywhere on the graph to show the corresponding entry.

To change the scale of the graph, touch "7d" to see a week, "4w" for a month and "6m" for half a year.

Touch the EMAIL button to send all your diary entries to your the email address you entered in the SETTINGS screen. From there you can send it to your mental health professional. Be careful who you send it to, especially if you entered very personal information.
